Nov. 30, 16: Luncheon with Dr. Beverly Davidson
On Wednesday, November 30th, we'll be hosting a lunch with Dr. Beverly Davidson, chief scientific strategy officer at CHOP (Children's Hospital of PA) and director of their center for cellular and molecular therapeutics. Dr. Davidson's lab focuses on genetic disorders that disrupt central nervous system function, and it's an incredible opportunity to have her here.
This informal lunch at 12 - 1:30 in the MCC will be a chance for you to ask her questions about her research, her experience as a woman in STEM, or anything else you can think of. There are 10 spots available -- please email Claudia at dvnguyen@haverford.edu if you're interested!
Additionally, she will be giving a highly recommended public talk at 4:30 in Sharpless Auditorium.
